Information we use

We store your username, email address, password hash, study answers and results, progress, achievements, and custom study content to provide your account and learning tools. Guest sessions also create study records. Multiplayer shares your display name and game activity with other players. Chat is sent to participants; reports and blocks are stored for safety review.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes website payments. Apple processes iOS in-app purchases. We use purchase identifiers and subscription status to manage access; we do not store full payment-card details. Hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics providers process information needed to operate the service. Operational logs may include IP addresses and request or device information.

Analytics

We record study and signup events and limited referral information to understand how people find and use the app. The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Session cookies keep you signed in. Public assets may be cached on your device.

Security

HTTPS encrypts traffic in transit. Passwords are stored as hashes. Access controls protect account information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Deletion and retention

Use Account & privacy to delete your account or guest session and linked study data. Shared content you created is also removed. Limited billing records may remain with payment providers and for financial or fraud-prevention purposes. Backups and operational logs may retain information until their retention periods expire. Deleting your account does not cancel Apple subscriptions; manage those in your Apple account.
