IT Cert Matrix is an independent study tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by CompTIA. Practice questions and readiness scores are learning aids and do not guarantee a passing result.

Your account and content

Keep your credentials private. Only upload content you have permission to share. Do not upload stolen examination questions, infringe others' rights, exploit the service, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access.

Multiplayer conduct

Harassment, threats, hateful or sexual content, spam, and sharing another person's private information are prohibited. Administrators review reports and may restrict multiplayer access. Report or block players using the controls beside their names. Contact support to appeal a restriction.

Subscriptions

The purchase screen displays the price and billing period before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the billing provider. Apple manages purchases made through the iOS app; Stripe manages website purchases. Manage or cancel in your provider's settings. Deleting your account does not cancel Apple billing. Refund requests follow the provider's process and applicable consumer rights.

For the iOS app, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.
